Two years of RISEilience means a whole month of celebration, and you’re invited! Join us this June for an amazing array of community experiences. Come check out an immersive art exhibit on one Saturday, and join us for our massive anniversary party on another. We’ll have 20-minute class samples, local vendors, raffle prices, and so much more. We are very excited to share that we are now offering a weekly Prenatal Yoga class on Sundays from 8:00 to 8:45 AM, led by certified instructor Priscilla Bibeau.

This class is designed to be a true sanctuary for anyone in the perinatal process, providing a private space specifically for the birthing body to find grounded movement and mental calm throughout the pregnancy or postpartum journey.

Our studio is perfectly situated to support you, as we have located right within our building and .riseilience just down the hall. You can truly make a morning of it; after class, Salt Water Doulas hosts a $5 post-pregnancy meetup for casual conversation and connection, and you’ll also receive 10% off at Phoenix Cafe for a healthy post-flow treat.

A drop-in is $22.50, though class packs and memberships through RISEilience are always welcome.

This is Community! This poem was written by a sweet gentleman in his 70’s who has been attending regular Group Reiki, yoga here and there, frequent smoothie drinker, and master puzzler for almost a year. He handed this to me last week before he went into the weekly Group Reiki with

Things have been tough as we crawl out of a slow and cold Winer and I’ve been pretty down, questioning it all. This Poem was such a gift to my soul and fuel to keep going.

Happy Earth Day! We got to go outside, practice some yoga, breathe in the fresh air and hear the water from the waterfall. We’re grateful for this beautiful planet and for our lovely New England 💙
