Willow Tree Wisdom is a center with a focus on Natural Wellness including Herbalism and Shamanism. There are seven physical needs of life.

They are fresh air, pure water, exercise, sunshine, healthy diet, cleanliness, sufficient rest and sleep. The needs of emotional and spiritual balance and personal growth also need to be met in order to maintain health. When any of these needs or a combination of them is neglected, the result may be disease. Our goal is to help our clients restore balance and therefore, health.

My beloved little granddaughter is always looking for "magic" in the world. I also love Fairies and Plant Spirits and spells to find lost things. I have been trying to teach her also, that part of real magic though, is learning to protect your heart from the things that could break it
