Ahead of the 25th remembrance of September 11, Walnut Village recently had the profound honor of hosting two remarkable individuals.

We extend our deepest gratitude to FDNY Captain Michael Donovan 🚒, who bravely responded to the attacks and survived the collapse, and Angie Kardashian ❤️, who embodied "The Power of One" by selflessly leaving her business to cook for Ground Zero first responders.

Thank you both for visiting our community and sharing your deeply moving stories. Your dedication to keeping the memories of the fallen alive ensures that we will, truly, never forget. 🕯️

We had a wonderful Labor Day afternoon with the Sam Graham Trio who brought some fantastic live blues and jazz to Walnut Village! 🎸🎵

🎶✨ Disney Magic at Walnut Village! ✨🎶

Today, our Walnut Village Chorale performed “Disneyland Memories,” a wonderful celebration of the music and magic of Disney! 🏰🎵 Many of our talented singers have been lifelong Disney fans, making this performance especially meaningful and memorable.

🎟️✨ And a little extra Disney magic! Two lucky residents also won tickets to Disneyland in a raffle held during today’s Chorale performance! 🏰🎶❤️

✨ The Happiest Day in Anaheim! ✨

Yesterday, we celebrated the magic of Disney right here at Walnut Village! 🏰💫 Disney generously helped give our residents a wonderful afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of Disney spirit.

Residents enjoyed Disney Bingo & Trivia, a fun succulent potting activity, and lots of special Disney-themed gifts and prizes for our bingo and trivia winners! 🌱🎉🎁

It was a truly magical day filled with smiles, friendly competition, and a little extra Disney magic. ❤️✨
