As a solo esthetician in Annapolis, MD, every lash lift, facial, and waxing appointment on my books is time reserved just for you.

I get it — life happens. People get sick, emergencies come up, plans change. I’m human too, and I always try my best to be understanding.

But a last-minute cancellation or no-show leaves an empty bed no one can fill — and as a one-woman small business, that’s lost income I can’t get back.

My cancellation policy isn’t punishment. It protects my time and keeps booking fair for every guest waiting for that spot.
