Just because you can still do it doesn't mean you should have to hurt doing it.
Many people continue to golf, garden, walk, work in the yard, and stay active despite knee pain, back pain, foot pain, or shoulder pain.
The question is: how much more could you enjoy those activities if pain wasn't part of the equation?
Pain isn't always something you simply have to live with.
When an area hurts, your body naturally begins to compensate. You may shift your weight, change the way you walk, alter your posture, or move differently without even realizing it. Over time, those compensations can place additional stress on other joints, muscles, and tissues, often making the problem more complicated than it started.
Addressing an injury early may help you stay active, move more naturally, and avoid developing additional problems along the way.
If discomfort is limiting your enjoyment of summer activities, we may be able to help.
