🍫 Happy National Chocolate Day! 🍫

We took our chocolate celebration very seriously today… because honestly, is there really such a thing as too much chocolate? 😉

Our residents enjoyed chocolate fudge brownies, chocolate milk, and chocolate candy — basically a chocolate lover’s dream come true! There were plenty of smiles, sweet treats, and maybe a few “I’ll just have one more” moments. 🤎🍫

A day without chocolate is just a day… but a day with chocolate is a celebration! 🎉

BINGO day is always a favorite around here! 🎉🍫

Our residents would much rather spend their afternoon playing Bingo than doing just about anything else—especially when there’s chocolate involved! 😄 There were plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and excited shouts of “BINGO!” as everyone tried their luck for some sweet prizes.
I had to sneak in a picture while they were focused on the game! 😄 Nothing beats hearing someone yell, “BINGO!”

🎵 Thank you for being a friend! 🎵

Today we celebrated Golden Girls Day, and it was a hit!

We started by finding out which Golden Girl each resident was most like. We discovered a few wise-cracking Sophias, some sweet Roses, a handful of Dorothys, and more than a few Blanches! 😉

The fun continued with a game of “Pin Sophia’s Glasses,” which had everyone laughing. Some of those glasses ended up in places Sophia never would have approved of!

Lunch featured delicious lasagna, salad, and bread, followed by the most important Golden Girls food group… CHEESECAKE! 🍰💛

To finish our day, we read the story of how the girls first met and enjoyed an episode of the beloved show together.

Laughter was shared, cheesecake was enjoyed, and friendships were celebrated—the Golden Girls would have been proud!

Our residents have filled generations with love, wisdom, strength, and unforgettable memories. Their stories inspire us, their kindness warms our hearts, and their nurturing spirits continue to shine every single day.

We are so grateful to celebrate the incredible women who helped shape families, traditions, and lives with endless care and devotion. ❤️

Wishing all of our beautiful residents a Mother’s Day filled with love, laughter, sweet moments, and feeling truly appreciated. 🌷💖

🎉🌮 Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🌮🎉

Our residents had a wonderful time celebrating today! We got creative with a fun craft, enjoyed some delicious chips with salsa and guacamole, and sipped on refreshing virgin margaritas 🍹

Laughter, smiles, and great company made it a fiesta to remember! 💃🪇

As they say, “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!” 😉

Happy Hour was a great success with our residents today! 🍹

We enjoyed refreshing mocktails, including mimosas and Shirley Temples, along with a veggie platter and peanuts for light snacks.

Residents had a wonderful time participating in trivia and sharing laughs while also learning interesting facts during our “On This Day” discussion.

A relaxing afternoon filled with good conversation, engagement, and good company. 💛

APRIL FOOLS 😈🍩

I really had everyone thinking they were getting donuts this morning… just to open the boxes and find them EMPTY 😂

The looks I got were priceless!!

Don’t worry though—I’m not that mean 😇 everyone did end up getting a donut in the end!

Oh… and I also handed out an April Fool’s word search with NO answers 🤭

Safe to say we chose chaos today.
