Let’s review our beautiful skull bones. Know that there is a little living tissue in between the bones that allows movement of your CranioSacral system. They move very little, about the width of two hairs. If your cranium and membranes could do with a stretch, send me a message.

Gentle touch therapy can be perplexing. You might think, “you’re barely touching me! How is this effective?” This is absolutely what I thought when I received my first session.
