One Percent Better Nutrition was created to cut the crap in our over-saturated and misinformed health and fitness community. We got tired of "influencers" and companies lying through their teeth, making money off of others' pain and willingness to do anything to get healthy. So we decided to do something about it.

We created a system that educates and supports our members so they may easily implement what they learn into their daily lives, and the lives of their loved ones. We make nutrition simple and relatable, in hopes to reach as many people as possible. With the power of people and education, we will turn the tables on every weight loss gimmick and fad diet out there! We have three completely different program styles to choose from. Because this stuff is NOT one sized fits all, and there shouldn't be only ONE way to eat better! You can find tons of details on each program on our website! Health is not about crazy limitations and magic pills.
It's about being One Percent Better every day.

You get so worked up about the holiday season being here and convincing yourself you're going to lose all of your progress or that it's impossible to MAKE progress. ( No wonder it's stressful. 🫠)

Every year we say "I'll start in January." Why?

Because it feels easier?
That actually makes your life harder in the long run.

You need a program that works for you during the hardest time of the year. Not one that you can cherry pick to use only during the perfect small window of time, that usually never happens because "oh wait, I have something else coming up."

If you always wait until things are *perfect*...

You'll either be waiting forever...
or you'll fall apart as soon as that small perfect window closes because you don't know what to do when your situation is less than perfect.

Stop using the New Year as a crutch and an excuse not to do something you said you wanted to do for years.

Show up for yourself.

I don't care how good a program claims to be.

If you can't do it for the rest of your life, it does you no good.

❌️ No 21 day fix.
❌️ No 3 month "shred."
❌️ No 6 week cHaLLeNgE.

If it's not sustainable and you can't do it on your own, IT'S NOT WORTH DOING IT ALL.

I don't care what you can do in one month with some fad. Because gaining it back and then some is not impressive to me. And it's a waste of time and money for you.

Simple as that.
