SAME WEIGHT. DIFFERENT BODIES. 👀

We’re looking for 20 people to help us with a little experiment!

♀️ 10 women: 165–175 lbs
♂️ 10 men: 195–205 lbs

We want to show just how different body composition can be even when the number on the scale is almost exactly the same.

Participants will receive a Full Body DXA Body Composition Scan for just $50 as part of the project.

We’ll be comparing things like body fat %, lean/muscle mass, visceral fat, bone mass, and overall body composition.

This is not a competition and not a weight-loss challenge. It’s simply a really cool way to demonstrate why the number on the scale tells only a tiny part of the story.

❄️ Recovering from Grasshopper Peak Run or Bivalves & Brews this weekend? Come see us Monday! Cryotherapy, compression, sauna, red light therapy, and recovery services are a great way to help your body bounce back after a big weekend of racing, adventuring, and celebrating.

❄️ Cryo Crew Thursday at 5:00 PM — bring a friend and join us for some cold therapy and good company!

Over the years, I have continued to evolve this business to bring Humboldt access to services you’d normally have to drive hours to receive. Objective data. Advanced recovery. Evidence-based care. Real answers.

My goal is simple: to provide a service that helps relieve pain or advance physical wellbeing for every single person who walks through our doors — regardless of who they are.
