We specialize in salt therapy paired with mindful breathing techniques to help reduces symptoms of stress, anxiety, respiratory conditions, chronic pain, and more! Studies have shown that when viruses, pathogens, and bacteria are exposed to sodium chloride, that they die in under 60 seconds. Pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride is blown into the atmosphere of our Himalayan salt cave, making our sa

lt cave one of the best places to simultaneously boost your immune system, strengthen your lung function, and curb symptoms of stress and anxiety stored in the body.

Obviously, we are very partial to the salt cave, but the real magic has always been the people who fill it.

The community that has gathered around The Salted Pixie over these past years is exactly the kind of energy Tiff and I always felt would someday find this sanctuary. The sort of women who are kind, thoughtful, supportive, creative, healing, open-hearted, and willing to show up for one another in really beautiful ways.

And to say we’re grateful is honestly an understatement.

Because in so many ways, you have all held us too.

You’ve taught us.

Supported us.

Loved us through hard seasons.

Helped us heal and grow alongside all of you.

I truly think we are building the village that so many of us keep saying we need.

And I am so deeply honored to be surrounded by women who are willing to be that village for one another.

Women who celebrate each other.
Support each other.
Sit beside each other in grief.
Laugh together.
Create together.
Encourage one another.
And remind each other that none of us are meant to do life entirely alone.

We hope you feel that love every single time you walk into the salt cave or join us for one of our events, whether it’s in the cave or somewhere out in the world together.

And one of my favorite things of all has been watching all of you find each other too.

The friendships.
The connections.
The little webs of community that continue growing outward from this space.

So let’s make a little web of gratitude today.

Tag someone you’ve met through The Salted Pixie that you’re grateful for.

And if you haven’t visited us yet but have been quietly following along, tag someone you’d want to bring to the Pixie someday.

Because community like this is really special, and I never want to stop being grateful for it.

This Friday! ✨

Music has always had the ability to reach the parts of us that words alone sometimes cannot.

Join us for In the Mirror: a Michael Jackson inspired meditation centered around reflection, identity, healing, and reconnecting with the self beneath expectation, performance, and survival mode.

Together, we’ll explore the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown, the masks we wear to survive, and what it means to truly look inward with honesty and compassion.

This immersive guided meditation experience will combine music, reflection, grounding, and emotional connection in the calming atmosphere of the salt cave.

What is restorative rest?

Restorative rest is the kind of rest that helps your mind and body actually recover.

Not just distraction.
Not scrolling your phone while mentally exhausted.
Not collapsing into bed overstimulated and still anxious.

Restorative rest helps shift the body out of stress and survival mode and into a state where it can begin to regulate, recover, and soften.

When we’re constantly overwhelmed, rushing, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, or “always on,” our nervous systems can stay stuck in a heightened stress response. This can look like:
• tension in the body
• difficulty relaxing
• brain fog
• irritability
• emotional exhaustion
• poor sleep
• anxiety or overstimulation
• feeling disconnected from yourself

Restorative rest creates opportunities for the body to feel safe enough to slow down.

This is one of the reasons spaces like The Salted Pixie matter so deeply to us.

Everything here is intentionally designed to encourage stillness, grounding, and nervous system support:
• quiet, dim lighting
• calming sensory experiences
• salt therapy sessions
• meditation and restorative yoga
• intentional community
• safe spaces to breathe, reflect, and simply exist without pressure

Sometimes healing does not begin with pushing harder.

Sometimes it begins with finally giving yourself permission to rest in a way that truly restores you.

This question is complicated, because it isn’t one size fits all.

But I think before we can talk about finding ourselves again, we have to talk about how we lose ourselves in the first place.

The world is loud. Busy. Demanding.

There are expectations. Projections. Survival patterns. Social media. Family systems. Trauma. Pressure to perform. Pressure to be productive. Pressure to be likable. Pressure to be everything for everyone.

And eventually those voices become so constant that they start sounding like our own.

We stop asking ourselves what we actually feel. What we actually want. What actually brings us peace. What actually makes us feel alive.

And then one day we wake up and realize we don’t fully know who we are underneath all of the roles we’ve been playing.

Psychologically, finding your way back to yourself usually does not begin with becoming someone new.

It begins with noticing.

Noticing what drains you. Noticing what feels heavy. Noticing what feels performative. Noticing where your body tightens. Noticing what makes you feel safe. Noticing what brings relief. Noticing what parts of yourself only emerge when you finally exhale.

It begins with slowing down enough to hear yourself underneath the noise.

And that’s hard, because many of us have built lives around staying busy enough to avoid hearing ourselves at all.

Finding yourself again often looks less like a dramatic transformation and more like small moments of honesty.

Getting quiet enough to recognize:
“I don’t actually enjoy this.”
“I’m exhausted.”
“I miss myself.”
“I feel most like me when…”
“I’ve been surviving for so long that I forgot what connection feels like.”

And then slowly, gently, beginning to choose differently.

More rest.
More truth.
More boundaries.
More creativity.
More play.
More community.
More moments where your nervous system feels safe enough to soften.

I don’t think we “become” ourselves. I think we uncover ourselves. We remember. Piece by piece. Layer by layer. And maybe that journey begins simply by asking: When do I feel most like me?
