-Short Term Rehab can help you get back to your own home after a illness or surgery. Both inpatient and outpatient services are available.

A special thank you to Linda for sharing her time and talents to help care for several of Fairlawn's flower beds. 🌷 Her dedication and attention to detail add beauty throughout our campus and help create a welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors. 🏡

The colorful blooms she helps nurture are a wonderful reminder of the difference volunteers make every day. 🌹🌼

Take Me Out to the Ballgame! 🐔⚾️
Our Independent Living residents recently hit the road for a day of baseball and fun at a Toledo Mud Hens game! Joining them were members of our Independent Living team, making the outing even more special.

From cheering in the stands and enjoying ballpark favorites to sharing laughs and great conversation, it was a day filled with friendship, community, and plenty of memories. 💙

A big thank you to our Independent Living staff for helping make the day a home run! ⚾😊

Yeehaw! What a Fun Visit to Fairlawn! 🎶💃🤠
Our residents had a fantastic time welcoming the Henry County Line Dancers to Fairlawn! From the moment the music started, toes were tapping, hands were clapping, and smiles filled the room. 😊

Moments like these bring people together, create meaningful connections, and add joy to everyday life. We are grateful to the Henry County Line Dancers for sharing their time and talents and helping create lasting memories for those we serve. ❤️

Thank you for making Fairlawn a little brighter and for bringing so much energy and fun to our residents!

Our residents have had so much fun getting creative during Crafts with Callie! 💕 From handmade mobiles and colorful windsocks to beautifully hand-painted roses, each project has brought plenty of creativity, conversation, and smiles along the way. 🌿🌺

We love seeing our residents’ talents shine and the joy that comes from creating something special together! 😊

Church Connections in Action ❤️
A special thank you to St. John's Christian Church Archbold for spending time with our residents during a fun afternoon of BINGO! ❤️ Residents enjoyed the games, laughter, fellowship, and wonderful prizes provided by the church volunteers.

This meaningful activity is part of our Church Connections program, which helps build relationships between our residents and local churches through fellowship, service, and shared experiences. We are so grateful for community partners like St. John’s Christian Church who help make these moments so special! 😊
