Crafts with Callie 🌸
Our residents have had so much fun getting creative during Crafts with Callie! 💕 From handmade mobiles and colorful windsocks to beautifully hand-painted roses, each project has brought plenty of creativity, conversation, and smiles along the way. 🌿🌺

We love seeing our residents’ talents shine and the joy that comes from creating something special together! 😊

Church Connections in Action ❤️
A special thank you to St. John's Christian Church Archbold for spending time with our residents during a fun afternoon of BINGO! ❤️ Residents enjoyed the games, laughter, fellowship, and wonderful prizes provided by the church volunteers.

This meaningful activity is part of our Church Connections program, which helps build relationships between our residents and local churches through fellowship, service, and shared experiences. We are so grateful for community partners like St. John’s Christian Church who help make these moments so special! 😊

Staff Engagement Fun at Fairlawn 💙
Even though April flew by quickly, we made up for it with lots of fun staff engagement activities throughout April & May! 🎉

From guessing gummy bears on National Gummy Bear Day 🍬 and picking the Kentucky Derby winner 🐎 to enjoying mock margaritas, chips, and salsa for Cinco de Mayo 🌮🍹, there were plenty of smiles and laughter along the way. Staff also dressed as favorite zoo animals or zoo keepers for National Zoo Lovers Day 🦁 and enjoyed sweet visits from pets on National Therapy Animal Day 🐾.

During the National Day of Prayer, employees shared prayer requests that Pastor Kern prayed over. ❤️

To close out the month, staff honored Memorial Day by wearing red, white, and blue and recognizing the meaning behind the Missing Man Table. 🇺🇸

We are grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun together! 😊

An evening filled with encouraging words, meaningful conversation, delicious food, and wonderful fellowship. 💕
