It’s not always effort.
The brain is a timing machine. Attention, focus, coordination, and reaction speed all depend on precise timing between the brain and body.
And during adolescence, that system can sometimes get a little out of sync.
Over the years, we’ve helped countless kids improve attention, coordination, and focus in the clinic. We’re excited to begin applying those same evidence-based principles to help young athletes perform with greater consistency and confidence.
