When your body shifts into a parasympathetic state, your “rest + digest” system gets a chance to do what it does best.

For little ones, nervous system dysregulation can sometimes show up alongside constipation, tummy discomfort, feeding challenges, or difficulty settling.

While breastfeeding is a natural process, that doesn’t mean it always comes naturally. If you’re navigating latch concerns, feeding discomfort, baby favoring one side, or simply wondering if something feels “off,” know that you’re not alone.

At Continuum Chiropractic, we love working alongside IBCLCs, Pediatric PTs, and other providers to support families through their feeding journey. Our role is never to replace lactation support, but to evaluate movement, comfort, and nervous system function as part of the bigger picture.
