Are your apps spying on you? If you haven’t checked your privacy settings recently, there is a good chance they are…

Over time, lots of apps can end up with access to your camera and microphone without you realizing it! Yes, even when you aren’t using the app! Some common apps with access to your camera and/or microphone are Amazon, Venmo, Google... and many more!!

Checking your permissions can take less than a minute and give you more privacy. 

Here are the steps to take:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera
Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone

You might be surprised by what you find.

Over the years I’ve tested dozens of baby monitors (many which claim to be “low EMF”) to find crazy high levels from almost every single one of them. Unfortunately the Bebcare is another one of those disappointments. they actually market that they are the lowest EMF baby monitor on the market! But that’s not what my research found… stay tuned for a full video breakdown of the EMF levels.

It’s extra important to protect our little ones from wireless EMF because their bodies are much more sensitive to it and they actually absorb more radiation than adults do.

Here’s what my new Meta Glasses captured… so many reasons not to wear smart glasses. Especially the crazy levels of EMF radiation right by your brain.

This is the same type of radiation that has been linked to cancer, infertility, insomnia, autism and more by many peer reviewed studies. So we all know about the major privacy concerns with Meta Glasses (so creepy!) - but have you thought about the EMF exposure? It’s basically a tiny WiFi and Bluetooth right on your head - sometimes all day long! Just another reason not to wear any sort of smart glasses. If EMFs aren’t harmful… then why did the World Health Organization release a wireless radiation study last year saying this, “For brain tumors (20 studies), “The Certainty of Evidence (CoE)for an increased risk in glioma (Brain Cancer) was judged as high.”

Why are there thousands of peer-reviewed studies showing links to sleep disruption, hormone imbalances, thyroid nodules, changes in brain activity, lower s***m count, and even autism and DNA damage?

Some people feel the effects of EMFs immediately with headaches, anxiety, insomnia and physical symptoms like rashes (this is called EMF Sensitivity) Others don’t feel a thing… but that doesn’t mean your body isn’t being affected.

The good news is that you don’t have to live in fear (we don’t want that) you just need to be informed so you can take steps to lower your exposure! That’s where I come. I share a ton of easy and straightforward solutions to minimize your EMF (that actually work).

Most people find that turning off the wifi at night, going on airplane mode and switching from Bluetooth headphones to wired ones, are the easiest first steps to take 📵

Obviously the goal is always less screen time for our littles, but I know that many people hand over the phone during those long travel days.

I’m here to make that screen time a whole lot safer. No wireless EMF exposure, age appropriate content, and no ads or in app purchases.

I took all of this into consideration while compiling the 25 best Free Games and Apps for kids that don’t require WiFi or internet. Just comment “GAMES” and I’ll send you the link 🎮

But first, here are the 5 keys to getting the most out of these games:
1. Make sure you turn the phone on airplane mode (with WiFi and Bluetooth off!)
2. Always make sure they are supervised while playing on a device. Play with them the first couple of times to walk them through and answer any questions (especially for younger ones)
3. Give them clear time limits and stick to them to avoid excessive screen time
4. To help those little fingers stay clear of magnetic fields, make sure they play using a stylus.
5. Protect their eyes from all that digital blue light with blue light glasses

These blue light blocking screen protectors feel like the biggest life hack ever! Truly 3in1 protection! They block blue light, protect your screen and protect your privacy (so the creepy guy sitting next to you on the plane can’t read your emails…)They only block up to 54% of blue light so I still use blue light blocking glasses after sunset but they’re great protection for during the day and to help ease eye strain. It can feel powerless to see cell towers going up all around your neighborhood without your say… that’s why I’m thankful for organizations like who is fighting to bring back local control. I’m proud to be a part of the nonpartisan coalition that has come together to restore state and location control over cell tower and antenna siting by overturning Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Section 704 prevents local regulation of wireless infrastructure based on health and environmental effects. 704 No More™  advances its mission through strategic litigation, public education, grassroots mobilization, and legislative advocacy. The cell industries are putting up 5G towers on every block and acting like there is zero effect on the surrounding communities… This obviously isn’t the first time the cell industry has hidden the truth about EMF radiation.

Instead of feeling helpless, I thought I’d do something to educate people on what’s really going on. I created posters that notify my community about 5G and all the risks and links people to an article to learn more. Comment “POSTER” to download your the pdf - I also give you info on how to spot a 5G tower and other ways to fight back in your local community! - The type of EMF coming from 5G towers specifically (mmWave) are at a much higher frequency of the spectrum than other wireless EMF (before 5G we were only exposed to this frequency in airport scanners!)
- Whether you feel the effects or not, the exposure is real. Studies are still catching up, but early data links this frequency of radiation to sleep issues, headaches, DNA damage, and more.
- The mmWave is much stronger but doesn’t travel as far as lower frequency- That’s why they are being installed on every block and lower to the ground. This means they are in very populated areas and getting harder and harder to avoid.
