I've tried over and over again on how to announce this to you all. There's no good way to share it.

🕯️October 15th is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day. A day to honor and remember all the babies lost during pregnancy, childbirth, or soon after birth. 💗💙

For those of you who do not know, on September 18th, 2026 we welcomed our son Jack into this world. He was 30 weeks old, but no longer had a heartbeat. On days like today we remember all those lost too early.

I have been pretty absent on social media this summer and fall. All my focus has been caring for my family, myself through this pregnancy, and my clients in the clinic. I will be out of the clinic for a few weeks to regain my strength so I can better care for you all and our amazing community. 🙌🏼

When I return, I'll make another post so you know when you can start scheduling.

Do you have a foam roll at home?! Lets learn how to use it!

There are TONS of ways to use a foam roller. Stretching pec muscles, tight hip muscles, stability in your core, and here I share squat progressions, upper extremity serratus work ...there are several ways.

**if it is painful to do these exercises, you may not be ready for these progressions of the exercises. Please reach out to schedule a session to better progress towards your personal goals.

Using a tennis ball or accupoint balls for pain relief. Typically this can be a little uncomfortable, but should never be above 4/10.

Other areas, calf muscles, runners in lower achilles region, forearm tension, and shared here posterior shoulder, posterior hip/piriformis, and transverse arch of the foot.

**If these are painful, please reach out for further help in order to do safe exercises/pain relief for your specific needs.

Hello Everyone!!

I gave out some free door prizes at Adario Township Hall play this year, buuuttt....how do you use them? Do you have foam rollers, yoga blocks or a tennis ball at home and not sure how to use them? I am going to show you a few ways that I use them in the clinic.

**Disclaimer: Depending on where your pain is and what you are feeling, I'd choose specific exercises to treat those things. So...doing these exercises or using this equiptment in these ways does not mean it will solve all of your pain, but these are ways that I choose to use with my clients depending on where they are at in the process of healing.

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I posted. We moved our residence 2x in one year...which has been BUSY! We are still treating clients in the clinic, I just have not been showing all that online.

In the next few weeks, we will be posting video's to share a few of the ways to use my favorite -at home- equipment for mobility, strengthening and stability. I cannot show ALL the ways I use this in the clinic, because these videos would be pretty long. However, I will show a few unique ways I like to use them to help progress my clients a little faster when they do their home program. Stay tuned to watch those videos.

I did share in the past a few other videos to show other ways as you can look into the past videos if you are interested in even more ways to use them.
