🫚 DIGESTIF 🫚

Our Digestif formulation comes both in a blend and a tincture form, and the oil tends to be longer-acting and absorbs and penetrates through the skin over time, while the tincture is much more fast-acting and can work more quickly and target the digestive tract internally and deeply when dealing with something more acute.

When Nick had food poisoning in Costa Rica, he used both of these formulas simultaneously and experienced a very quick and thorough recovery.

For upset stomachs:
Rub a few drops of Difestif essential oil blend into the abdomen. Then take 1-3 drops of the Digestif tincture directly into the mouth or in a small glass of water and drink all at once.

~ Essential Oils & Sauna ~

Today I deeply appreciate the quality of our fine blends when combining with a sauna session. This ancestral tradition alchemizes the elements of fire, water, earth & air bringing heat and resilience to the body. When combining some of the essential oils onto the stones, the volatile aromatics rise through the steam and expand into the lungs 🌱

Today's session I appreciated Confidence oil on my throat to aid with expression and loved it's unique nectar scent with benzoin, neroli & violet leaf. Empower went into my navel and around my throat. Respire & Water on the rocks, and on my chest to stimulate and expand my breath. Root Chakra is one of my favorite earthy oils to massage into the feet. Heart Harmony helped to lift my heart and soften me into the experience 💓
