No pressure to be the most outgoing. No expectation that everyone connects the same way. Just real opportunities to play, participate, build confidence, and find your people.

Sometimes the biggest wins come from the smallest gestures. 💛

Tuesday’s Social EdVentures were filled with outdoor EdVentures! Our younger crew took on a social obstacle course while our older EdVenturers headed out for a walk, conversation, and connection.

But our favorite moment wasn’t part of the lesson plan.

When one of our EdVenturers was having a tough moment, another simply reached out, took their hand, and offered to help.

And just like that, the evening shifted. ❤️

That’s the magic of belonging. When connection becomes friendship, and the support we’ve been practicing starts coming naturally from each other.

We’re not just building social skills. We’re creating a community where everyone has something to give and everyone belongs.

That’s Social EdVentures. 🌟

This Tuesday, we’re turning everyday moments into opportunities for connection!

🎯 K–8th Grade | 4:45–5:45
Planning a hangout, budgeting, ordering, and figuring out how to have fun together in the gym!

🍕 9th Grade–Young Adult | 6:15–7:30
We’re heading to Halcyon! Making decisions, managing money, ordering, and navigating a real hangout with friends.

Less scripting. More real-life connection. Because friendships grow through shared experiences, not perfect social skills.

October EdVentures are here! 🍂

If your child wants friends but doesn’t always know how to find their way into the group, this is what we do.

Social EdVentures gives kids, teens, and young adults a place to practice the stuff that’s hard to teach in a therapy room: joining in, keeping a conversation going, handling the unexpected, compromising, problem solving, and simply being part of something.

Some weeks we’re out in the community. Some weeks we’re at the gym. Every week, we’re building real-world skills and real connections.

September is wrapping up, but the EdVentures definitely aren’t. 🍂

Our 9th grade–young adult crew closes out the month with one more Survivor night, while our younger crew takes a Fall Break.

👀 And October? Keep watching. New EdVentures, new challenges, more real-world connection, and plenty of reasons to get out of the house and find your people.

Because social skills grow best when you’re actually out there doing life together. 🧡

Next week BOTH our younger + older Social EdVentures groups head to Final Tribal Council! 🏝️

A little strategy. A lot of teamwork. Learning to encourage each other, handle the unexpected, and find your place in the tribe.

Because making friends gets easier when you’re busy having fun together. 🥰
