Faith Medical services have clients in need of immediate nursing care. Below is a list of the available client’s location, schedule and a redacted description.



Marietta 30067
Tues and Thurs 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm
4 month old male client.

Riverdale 30217
Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm Fri 9pm-5am
5 month old female client medically fragile infant born at 23.2 weeks with acute respiratory failure with hypoxia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and short gut syndrome. She's on continuous feeds via G-Tube, and she's also on TPN via CVL (Central Venous Line) to the right chest wall. Nursing duties: assessments, observe and report changes, medication management and administration, G-Tube site care and feedings, weekly CVL dressing changes, weekly lab draws, TPN administration, skin assessment for redness/rash/breakdown, feeding tolerance, and frequent vital sign monitoring.

Lilburn
Thurs-Sat 9am-7pm
Female infant with short gut syndrome. She requires total assistance for all ADL's. She takes feeds by mouth, but is mainly feeding tube and TPN/Lipid dependent. She has a central line. The nurse will need to do weekly central line dressing changes, weekly labs, neuro monitoring, and further teaching/education to her parents.

Marietta
56 hours. Schedule to be determined
11 month infant is oxygen-dependent and requires close monitoring of respiratory status, feeding tolerance, growth, and overall medical stability. Responsibilities include respiratory assessment, monitoring medical equipment, caregiver education, and recognizing potential complications early.
