RBA was established in 1983 as Georgia’s first IVF treatment center. Our physicians boast more than 172 years of cumulative experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and they have achieved in excess of 30,000 IVF births. Our specialized treatment plans combine compassionate patient care with state-of-the-art technology, much of which our physicians pioneered. Meet Keegan Bradley Roessler born 7/16/26 to proud parents - Meghan and Brad Roessler!

After finding out that both Meghan and Brad were carriers of the same fatal genetic disease, they turned to IVF under the guidance and care of Dr. Best to begin their family.
