at I wanted to share the holistic modalities that had brought me freedom with others. So, I created The Sweetest Little Life. Our vision is simple: to offer a safe haven for those on their healing journey, a place where the village mentality thrives, and collective healing is the heartbeat of everything we do. Since opening, we’ve grown into a thriving wellness center that offers yoga, healing modalities, and a community where you can come as you are. In January, we took a leap of faith, expanding to a larger location and going all in—literally. We sold our home and are now living in our RV while we search for the perfect property to create a retreat center where people can gather for events, workshops, and deep healing sessions. At The Sweetest Little Life, you’re not just a client—you’re family. Our incredible team of healers, practitioners, and instructors are on their own healing journeys, and we’re here to support you on yours. We are constantly evolving, learning new modalities, and expanding the ways in which we can help you heal and grow. This is more than a wellness clinic—it’s a place to come home to yourself, connect with others, and be a part of something bigger. They need mud on their boots. Dirt under their nails. A horse to mirror their emotions. And a place where they can safely become themselves.

✨ Little Alchemist isn’t about keeping kids busy.
It’s about helping them build confidence, emotional resilience, creativity, nervous system regulation, and genuine connection with the world around them.

Because one day they’ll forget the app…
But they’ll never forget the horse that taught them they were brave.

Childhood isn’t meant to be scrolled.

There couldn’t have been a more fitting day.

Today, under the Full Moon in Aquarius, we handed over the keys for the very last time.

Aquarius reminds us that growth isn’t about clinging to what’s familiar—it’s about having the courage to release what no longer fits so we can build something even more aligned. It’s the moon of freedom, vision, community, and trusting the future before you can fully see it.

As strange as it feels to lock these doors one final time, I don’t feel like we’re losing something.

I feel like we’re making space.

These walls held thousands of tears, breakthroughs, first breaths, last breaths, laughter, grief, friendships, healing, and miracles. They witnessed people remembering who they truly were.

And now… they have done their job.

The beautiful thing about healing is that it was never in the building.

It was always in the people.

So tonight, with this full moon lighting the sky, we’re choosing to let go with gratitude instead of fear. We’re releasing the version of ourselves that believed we had to stay where we had outgrown.

We’re choosing freedom.
We’re choosing purpose.
We’re choosing community over square footage.
We’re choosing to trust that every ending is simply life making room for something we couldn’t have imagined while our hands were still full of yesterday.

Thank you to every soul who walked through these doors. You didn’t just help build a business—you helped create a movement.

This isn’t goodbye.

It’s the moment the next chapter finally gets permission to begin. 🌕✨

Here’s to letting go.
Here’s to becoming.
And here’s to everything waiting on the other side of surrender.
