EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: DAN!
Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Dan, our Patient Navigator, whose big heart, dedication, and passion make such a difference for the people we serve!
Dan joined our team in March 2023 as a Care Coordinator before stepping into his current role as Patient Navigator in September 2025. In this role, he works closely with individuals navigating substance use treatment, helping them stay engaged in their recovery while connecting them with the resources and support they need. Whether it’s navigating benefits, finding food assistance, connecting with a doctor, or working through a crisis, Dan is there to help people take the next step forward.
One thing that stands out about Dan is just how much he cares. He has a huge heart, so much passion for what he does, and a genuine commitment to helping others. His colleagues couldn’t say enough wonderful things about him, describing him as dedicated, hardworking, and someone they can always count on to get things done in a timely manner. One teammate even calls him their “partner in crime,” while another shared, “He’s the best! If I could duplicate him, I would!” It’s clear that Dan is not only an incredible resource for the people he serves but also a valued teammate who makes a difference every day.
Outside of work, Dan loves spending time outdoors, whether he’s fishing, hunting deer, or puttering around the yard doing chores with his dog, Freya. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and four-legged best friend.
