City crews have been working hard to clean up downed branches and tree limbs throughout Aurora after last week’s storms.
If you still have large branches or limbs, please place them in the parkway near the curb and submit a myAurora 311 ticket. You can do that by calling 311, using the myAurora 311 app, or visiting: http://www.myaurora311.com
The Street Maintenance team is continuing sweeps across the city and will remove large branches and limbs that are properly placed in the parkway.
Groot will also continue collecting tree debris with the following guidelines:
- Branches ½ inch to 4 inches wide and 2 to 4 feet long must be bundled
- Bundles must weigh less than 50 pounds
- Bundled branches can be placed at the curb without a waste sticker
- Small brush under ½ inch is considered yard waste and must be placed in a kraft paper yard waste bag with a sticker
