🩷But the medspa charges a missed-appointment fee and suddenly we’re the subject of a true crime documentary. 😂

🩷We say this with love: your appointment reserves a real person’s time. When you cancel last minute or don’t show, our provider is still here, the room is ready, and another patient could’ve used that spot.

💋Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to everyone and helps protect our team, our patients, and this small business we’ve worked so hard to build. 🖤

A little consistency goes a long way when it comes to your skin. 🩷 Here are a few ways to help soften the visible signs of aging:

☀️ SPF every single day. Sun protection helps prevent premature lines, uneven pigmentation, and sun damage. Prevention is easier than correction.

🌙 A retinoid in your routine. Retinoids help support collagen and improve the appearance of fine lines, texture, and uneven tone. Start slowly and build as your skin tolerates it.

🍭 Be mindful of added sugar. Excess sugar contributes to glycation, a process that can make collagen and elastin stiffer and less flexible. No need to break up with dessert, just think moderation.

⚡ Resurfacing lasers, when appropriate. These treatments can stimulate collagen and improve texture, fine lines, and accumulated sun damage. The right laser and timing depend on your skin and goals.
