National Rehabilitation Awareness Week is an opportunity to recognize the importance of rehabilitation and the dedicated professionals who help individuals regain strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life.
For many home health patients, rehabilitation services play an important role in recovery. Therapy can help individuals regain strength after hospitalization, recover from surgery or joint replacement, improve balance and reduce fall risks, rebuild skills following a stroke, increase independence with daily activities, and improve communication and swallowing abilities.
We are proud to recognize the therapists and healthcare professionals who support our patients throughout their recovery and help them achieve greater independence in the comfort of their own homes. ✨

When additional clinical or specialized support is needed, home health brings skilled nursing and therapy directly to their home.
