I have my own BIG CHANGE to announce: I’m moving to Cuenca, Ecuador in October. 💥 Less than a year ago I had no plans to relocate and now I’m leaving the country!

I’ve lived in Austin since 2008 and still love it here. I really didn’t see myself leaving. Yet, ever since my initial spiritual awakening, I’ve learned to trust that “still small voice within” to guide me. I left a business career, moved across country, ended a seemingly great relationship, enrolled in “random” trainings or visited faraway lands - each time without a logical reason but prompted by an inner knowing.

🌟 What does this mean for you and me? I’ll still be working with clients remotely. Cuenca is in the same time zone as Austin, so that makes it easy. All of the services I offer in Austin can be done over Zoom - Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, QHHT, Life Between Lives Regression, Reiki and Reiki Training. Saying goodbye can be hard. There are big goodbyes and little goodbyes.

I’m saying farewell to my mom now as she prepares her transition to Spirit. Her overflowing unconditional love 💗 and support throughout my life nurtured me to become a loving human being. BIG GOODBYE.

I have many smaller goodbyes happening as well - not all of them are sad. There are always things to let go of as we close out a year. In numerology, we’re also finishing a 9️⃣ year cycle, which indicates even greater completions than your average year end. Some endings will feel like graduation - a time to celebrate 🎉 and move on. Others will require a grieving process of letting go.

All endings are best processed through reflection and holding space (compassionate acceptance) for whatever emotions arise.

I know many of you are sensitives like me. You might already be tuning into the energy shift that’s happening as we inch closer to the new year. 🎆 Something major is coming and we’re being guided to make space for it.

This year, have you been revisiting anything big to finally reach completion or get closure? Are you letting go of something you’ve held for a long time- whether that’s an actual object, a relationship, an old emotion, outworn habit or belief?

Sure, we do this (hopefully) at the end of every year, but this is beyond that. Spiritual systems like numerology and astrology point to key cycles ending now, opening the door for massive changes in 2026. We’re ending a 9️⃣ cycle now and starting a 1️⃣ cycle next year. Many outer planets are moving into different signs all at once in a way that’s never happened in our lifetimes. Supercharged solar ☄️ storms continue to activate and awaken us.

For much of my life, I didn’t believe in angels. Perhaps their depiction with wings caused me to dismiss them as mythological fantasy creatures like the Pegasus. 🪽 Or maybe I rejected their religious association along with the “old bearded man in the sky” concept of God. I’m not quite sure why, but I was a definite “no to angels” even as I experienced my initial big spiritual awakening.

Many years later when a Kundalini activation ⚡️ & subsequent Dark Night of the Soul knocked me off my feet, I was literally begging for divine intervention and Voila! - the Archangels appeared. Their energy is indescribably comforting and physically palpable for me in my heart chakra. 🫶🏻🪷 I can’t quite explain the sensation, but I distinctly know when I’m connected to an Archangel versus another loving non-physical being. I now realize that they were there all along. They simply couldn’t intervene without my consent on some level.

Angels helped me through that incredibly heavy time in my life when I felt like I couldn’t keep going. 🙏🏻 They didn’t magically fix all my problems or dissolve all of my suffering. However, they provided hope that strengthened & uplifted me.
