For 39 years, NAMI Central Texas has been a place to break the silence around mental health. Alongside volunteers, members, and supporters in our communities we are the face and voice of the NAMI movement. Our peers, families, and friends come together to give and receive help and hope. NAMI Central Texas is working each day to raise awareness and provide essential—and free—education and support.

With more than nine education programs— including support groups, community meetings, and other outreach—NAMI Central Texas is a vital resource for individuals and families when they need a place to turn. Join us as we continue to provide safe spaces for people to amplify their voices to find strength in sharing. Become a volunteer, donate, spread the word, or learn more by contacting us today.
