Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for quality, compliance, and improving patient outcomes? Around the Clock Home Care is seeking an experienced Quality Management Supervisor, RN to lead quality improvement initiatives and help ensure the highest standards of patient care across our organization.

🌟 What You'll Do:
✔ Oversee quality management and performance improvement programs
✔ Review clinical records to ensure compliance and quality standards
✔ Analyze outcomes, hospitalizations, infection control, and patient satisfaction data
✔ Lead quality improvement projects and committee initiatives
✔ Provide education, training, and guidance to clinical staff
✔ Monitor regulatory compliance with Medicare, Title 22, ACHC, and accreditation standards
✔ Supervise and support a team of approximately 3–5 employees
✔ Serve as a key resource for clinical excellence and continuous improvement

🎯 You're a Great Fit If You Have:
✅ Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
✅ 3–5 years of nursing experience
✅ 2+ years of Quality Management experience, preferably in Home Health
✅ Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, Title 22, and accreditation requirements
✅ Experience with clinical chart review and OASIS documentation
✅ Current CPR certification
✅ Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

💰 Compensation:
✅ $90,000 – $120,000 annually (DOE)

Today at Around the Clock Home Care, we brought a little piece of the Amalfi Coast to Bakersfield to celebrate the incredible clinicians who serve our patients every single day. 🇮🇹🍋

From early mornings and long drives to compassionate bedside care, education, advocacy, and emotional support, our home health clinicians do far more than most people ever see. They show up for patients and families during some of life’s hardest moments, and they do it with skill, heart, and dedication. That level of dedication deserves genuine appreciation and recognition for the incredible work they do every day. 👏💙

Our leadership team had the honor of serving breakfast to our clinicians this morning, catered by the amazing Chef Lino’s Grill & Catering here in Bakersfield 🍳☕🍋 because today was about giving back to the people who give so much every day.
