Last month, we spent a beautiful day at ABC Park in the Carrollton Ridge community connecting with neighbors, enjoying music and food, and sharing resources on safe medication storage, overdose prevention, and emotional wellness. We engaged over 300 people, safely disposed of 19 lbs of medication, and securely shredded nearly 2,700 lbs of documents—if you missed it, you can find safe disposal locations near you here https://www.bhsbaltimore.org/find-help3/safedisposal/

Throughout the day, we connected with about 250 people—some learning about 988 for the first time, others sharing how it supported them during a difficult moment, and a few who said they were considering reaching out that same day.
