While anyone who wants the straightforward simplicity of a sets-and-reps-workout can get that, I also have some other fun options to explore an adventure with your workout!

Solo RPGs follow a journaling model that has been developed in the TTRPG world. Some folx write involved stories, while others use the plot in their imaginations alone while they do their workouts.

I work extensively with clients who are chronically ill and/or have chronic pain. The goal is to get you as far as we can to your pain-free goals--not to exercise for the sake of exercising. Updates in my training!

I now offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage! This is an excellent asset in providing so many folx care and relief. It has immediately begun a major part of my newly released Surgical-Op packages--find a complete menu on my website!

This January, I completed my Certification in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage assists the lymphatic system’s operation, facilitating healing and resistance to illnesses. Its use is therefore beneficial to most folx, but especially folx who are having surgery, have chronic illnesses, and have inflammation (with certain cautions and contraindications dependent on the source of the inflammation). It can also be a real asset for athletes in aiding recovery and minimizing DOMS from strength-building.
