You don't need to navigate a mental health condition alone! Join one of our free 8-week classes starting this weekend!

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is for individuals looking for mental health support for themselves. If you have been feeling depressed, anxious, bummed out, or just not yourself, this class is here to offer you tools that can help you feel more grounded, gain access to local resources, confidently advocate for yourself, and connect with a community of supportive individuals who have been in your shoes!

NAMI Family-to-Family is a class for loved ones and family members of someone living with a mental health condition. In this class, we help you learn tools to deescalate crises, understand the bio-psycho-social impacts of a mental health condition, and get connected to local supports.

Sign up for the class of your interest by scanning the QR codes in the post, or visit namibaltimore.org/classes!

🚨💚 We need your help! It takes all of us to build the mental health support system our community deserves. Please help us reach our goal of 1,111 donations by the end of June!

We're already seeing the effects of policy changes and federal budget cuts on mental health. Because no one should have to suffer in silence. Because everyone deserves a space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported.

We need your help reaching our goal of 1,111 supporters by the end of the month! Any donation, big or small makes a difference and helps us close our fundraising gap so we can continue to work to end mental health stigma and close the 11 year average it takes for someone to get mental health care, so fewer people have to navigate a mental illness alone.
