Meet the Speaker: Mary-Anne Saxl, MBA
We’re excited to welcome Mary-Anne Saxl, MBA, Director of Human Resources at Evergreen Assisted Living, as our featured speaker!
Mary-Anne supports employees and leaders across Maine, Texas, and Oklahoma, bringing extensive experience in human resources, workforce development, organizational leadership, and the nonprofit sector. Her work focuses on regulatory compliance, employee engagement, staff development, recruitment, and building sustainable workplace practices.
A Bangor native, Mary-Anne earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and her Master of Business Administration from Thomas College. She is also deeply connected to Maine’s professional and business community—and has been a member of Tuesday Forum for an incredible 20 years!
Mary-Anne brings together strong local roots, academic expertise, and hands-on leadership experience to support the people behind compassionate assisted-living care.
