🌱💚 Community partnerships make all the difference! 💚🌱

A heartfelt thank you to the members of the Jonesport Masonic Lodge #188 for their incredibly generous donation of raised garden beds, seeds, and planting materials for our residents to enjoy.
We would also like to recognize the local Shriners, who volunteered their time and effort to help install the planters and bring this beautiful project to life. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our residents now have a wonderful new gardening space where they can plant, nurture, and enjoy flowers and vegetables throughout the season.
Acts of kindness like these help make our community feel even more like home. We are so grateful for the support, generosity, and community spirit shown by the Jonesport Masonic Lodge #188 and the Shriners.

💐Thank you to everyone who came to our Plano Open House yesterday, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting each of you! It’s partners like you that make senior care successful and so rewarding…It takes a village, and it’s one we are so proud to be a part of!

For anyone that missed it, stay tuned for our next event, but don’t forget we host a wonderful dementia support group once a month with Vitas! 🌿

We had such a fun day with the amazing team and residents at Live Oak Denison!

As one of the newest assisted living communities around, it’s been exciting to see the energy and heart they’re bringing—and yesterday, we got to show them how to really let their hair down 😊

From music to laughter and everything in between, the residents truly stole the show. There’s nothing better than seeing smiles, movement, and joy filling the room. Moments like these are what it’s all about—creating connection, celebrating life, and making every day meaningful.

We’re so grateful to be part of it and can’t wait for many more days like this! 🎶
