Paint Class has been exploring a new art medium, combining art and art therapy.
This session centered around breathing techniques, incorporating the infinity symbol, to help us relax and heal. Very interesting to explore these new methods! The next class is June 30th, in the Bluff View room, and will incorporate sound (think bees…). You can sign up by the IL mailboxes. Cost is $20 per person and includes a delicious lunch prepared by our dietary staff. Please pay at the front desk after you sign up. You can contact Trish with any questions. Messages can be left for me at the front desk.
