For a moment, place your views, public opinions, politics, or whatever else is happening aside and unite over compassion and heartbreak for the City of Rittman and the unnecessary loss of life.

At People Check we assist many First Responders from Police/Fire. None of them at time of hire assume these types of heinous outcomes. But they are very real, they are very possible, as these folks place themselves in the direct line of safety in order to allow life balance and security to us all. This is the price for these items.

Our hearts go out to family, friends, communities that have been directly or indirectly impacted by this loss. Please remember these moments, and allow them to grant us a moment of clarity and a time of reflection. We value and appreciate these, and all First Responders!

If we can leave you with one thing, it is simply this, “One Size, Does Not Fit All”.

At People Check, we assist MANY with their fingerprinting (WebCheck) needs. However, the biggest challenge is educating clients that a fingerprint driven background search is not just a background search. It is specific to the job, industry, Ohio Revised Code, overseeing Agency, you are reporting to. Each background conducted varies based on the purpose of the submission. One size, does not fit all!!!

This is why “Reason Codes” are required and important. Great news, we do 1000’s of fingerprinting services and typically we know what you need. There are times we may not, and will encourage you to reach out to your employer, requesting party, to confirm exactly what you need. Utilizing the “WRONG” codes, “WRONG” mailing addresses, “WRONG” Direct Copy, can and will delay your needs. Same holds true with the imaging quality. The better print capture, less likely you will encounter a rejection and/or delay. How about getting it done right, the 1st time?

We are happy to answer your questions or offer guidance. We simply want to make sure your needs are getting handled correctly without costly delays and/or mistakes.

School bus drivers, school van transportation drivers, undergo a yearly physical known as a T-8 Physical to assure they are safe and healthy to transport those in the education system. They fall under the guidelines of the State of Ohio and DOT. (Dept. of Transportation)

At times these are school covered, while others are “self-pay” services. When it comes to the safety of our children, we need to allow these folks to be taken care of timely, while placing their health at the top of the list!
