Tabitha Osborn-Gilcrease out and about today representing Serenity Hospice! 💙
I had the pleasure of meeting up with Lori from New Haven in Floresville to strengthen connections and discuss how we can continue working together to provide compassionate care for those in our community. We even had the chance to grab some lunch while we were there!
Building relationships with our healthcare partners is one of the best parts of what I do. Looking forward to continuing to grow these partnerships and serve our patients and families with excellence.

Today, Lacey had the privilege of attending the Annual Fishing Tournament at SPJST Nursing & Rehabilitation Center 🎣🐟

What a wonderful day filled with laughter, friendly competition, and so many smiles! Events like these create meaningful memories and bring so much joy to residents, families, and staff alike. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special day! 💙
