we get it -- life is busy, we want to check ALL the boxes and hit those goals.

we may be known as Balance Barre we have SO much more to offer & strongly encourage adding one of these to your routine:

monday: 5pm yoga-barre fusion
tuesday: 10am power flow yoga
friday: 10am stretch + restore (NEW!)
saturday: 8:15am power/slow flow yoga (class rotates)
sunday: 4pm community slow flow/restorative ($5 drop-in)

wherever you find yourself on your fitness journey SLOWING DOWN to focus on mobility, flexibility & managing stress can ONLY help keep you in the "long run" -- whatever you may be training for in this game of life!

originally from the Chicago suburbs, Emma has lived in Beaufort for almost a year but has been visiting the area with family her entire life🌴

Emma has always had a passion for fitness & wellness, and enjoys Pilates // barre // running & walking while she’s not competing as a college track sprinter🏃‍♀️ at USCB Beaufort🦈

Emma believes in the importance of staying active, challenging yourself, and never taking for granted the privilege of being able to move your body.

We’re stoked to have her positive energy around the studio this summer & can’t wait for y’all to get to know this awesome lady!☺️
