At Serenity Mortuary Historic Beaufort Chapel, our mission has always been to serve families with dignity, compassion, and professionalism during some of life’s most difficult moments. We are aware of the concerns that have recently been shared publicly regarding services provided by our establishment.

First and foremost, we extend our continued sympathy to the family involved. The loss of a loved one is a painful experience, and we understand the emotions that can accompany questions or concerns surrounding funeral arrangements and related services.

Because we respect the privacy of every family we serve, it would be inappropriate for us to discuss specific details of any family’s arrangements on social media. However, we remain committed to addressing concerns through proper communication, documentation, and appropriate channels. We believe that every matter deserves to be handled with fairness, professionalism, and respect for all parties involved.
