Please join us in congratulating several team members as they take the next step in their careers with Broussard’s!

Lead Administrative Assistant, Chelsey Ayers, will soon begin mortuary school as she works toward becoming a licensed Funeral Director. We are proud to support her professional growth and look forward to all she will accomplish in this next chapter.

We're also excited to announce that Jael Bullock is beginning the new role of Relationship Specialist, where she will help welcome, support, and guide new employees as they begin their careers with Broussard's.

Additionally, Kevin Cudd, Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, will be expanding his leadership responsibilities as he oversees our Custodial and Porter departments, continuing to support the teams that help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Congratulations to Chelsey, Jael, and Kevin! We are grateful for your dedication and look forward to seeing your continued success.

Broussard's had the honor of welcoming funeral service leaders from across the country as we hosted the Selected Independent Funeral Homes Study Group of our Director of Funeral Operations, James Rawlings.

As a member of Selected Independent Funeral Homes since 1950, Broussard's values the opportunity to collaborate with other independently owned funeral homes. During their time together, the study group exchanged ideas for growth and innovation, shared best practices, and discussed ways to continue providing exceptional care to the families and communities they serve.

Beyond the meeting room, we were proud to share a taste of Southeast Texas hospitality with visits to local restaurants, including 1701 Barbecue, and a Houston Astros game.

We are grateful for the relationships, insights, and shared commitment to excellence that make this program such a valuable experience year after year!
