Heading into a beautiful weekend with a fresh summer nail color is a must! Our pampering hands activity is a wonderful way for us to be able to treat each resident to a relaxing manicure. We know that nail care is an important part of staying healthy, and our activities team makes sure that is a priority each week.

Next time you visit our community to see a resident or attend one of our many events and activities, help us support our local furry friends! We have a drop-off location for pet food donations in our lobby to benefit Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter, Inc. next to our concierge desk.

Baking with Caroll is one of our favorite weekly activities! The activities team always picks out the perfect recipe for our residents to bake each Thursday, including cakes, muffins, cookies and quiche. Every recipe is created with love as each resident adds their own ingredient and special touch. Today's recipe was pumpkin bundt cake!

Community event alert! Join us next Friday, May 22nd for food trucks and games on the front lawn. We will have Porter House BBQ and Catering, Brew Initiative Coffee and Boonies Desserts set up at the main entrance with food, beverages and desserts available for purchase. We will also have volleyball, co****le, and more games set up on the front lawn. All are welcome to attend. See you there!

We are still all smiles from our Mother's Day tea! We love to celebrate every holiday with our residents and their families, and Sunday was a truly special event. We are blessed to be able to have the opportunity to celebrate all of the mothers in our community. Thank you to all of the moms for everything you do each and every day!
