One of our wonderful Med Techs, Lynn, generously brought in her guitar and spent time singing and playing music for our LifeStories residents. We were also blessed to have Pastor Tim from UPMC Family Hospice join in on a few songs, making the afternoon even more special.

The residents truly enjoyed the music, singing along, reminiscing, and relaxing as the melodies filled the room.

A heartfelt thank you to Lynn and Pastor Tim for sharing your time, talents, and kindness with our residents. Your thoughtful gesture brought smiles, comfort, and joy to so many. 💕🎸

What a beautiful day for making memories! 🎣☀️

Under a bright blue sky and plenty of sunshine, a few of our residents enjoyed a wonderful fishing trip to Friendship Village. A special thank you to our friends at Friendship Village for graciously allowing us to spend the day fishing and enjoying their beautiful setting.

When several residents mentioned they wanted to go fishing, our LifeStages/LifeStories Director, Kylee, and her son were happy to make it happen. Together, they spent the day casting lines, sharing stories, enjoying nature, and creating special memories along the water.

After a relaxing afternoon of fishing, we cooled off with a trip to Hoss's Steak & Sea House, where everyone enjoyed cold drinks and a delicious visit to the salad bar.

It's the simple moments—sunshine, friendship, laughter, and time spent together—that create the most meaningful memories

Our LifeStories residents brought their competitive spirit to the community yesterday for an exciting game of hockey! 🏒 There were plenty of laughs, some serious competition, and maybe even a little noodle smacking along the way! 🤣
The teams battled hard, and the game was so close that it went into overtime! One thing is for sure—our residents know how to have fun, stay active, and keep us all smiling.

This afternoon we packed up a Subway lunch and headed to Friendship Village for a relaxing picnic! 🌞 We enjoyed swinging, soaking in the sunshine, taking in the beautiful views, and ending our adventure with a sweet ice cream treat from the store. 🍦💛

We had the privilege of having our own Major Doug Miller present a beautiful Memorial Day ceremony for our residents and their families. A special thank you to our Activity Assistant, Nancy Mickey, for sharing her talents by playing both the trumpet and piano during the ceremony. Their dedication and heartfelt presentation helped make this Memorial Day truly meaningful as we honored and remembered those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸❤️

To all Veterans and current servicemen and women, thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and service to our country. Your dedication and commitment will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
