Markings tell the whole story before we even begin. ✏️

For this case, we planned a tip-plasty, alarplasty, AND a nasolabial graft. A combined approach to lift and reduce the size of the tip while keeping everything proportional and natural. 💙

Here's what the markings show:
↳ The nasolabial + columellar area, where we place a combined strut to provide structural lift from the inside
↳ The lower lateral cartilage, where we remove the cephalic portion (and some soft tissue) to refine the bulbosity of the tip
↳ The alar markings for a clean, balanced reduction

Before I ever make an incision, I need to understand exactly what's there. 👃🏽

In this case: a cartilaginous bump along the dorsum and excess cartilage in the upper portion of the lower lateral cartilages.

The goal isn't to remove as much as possible. It's to remove precisely what's needed to achieve the results you want.
