Today is , and we wanted to highlight an incredible runner on the team: Scott Nesland, PA-C & Director of Barbour Quick Care. Scott is a dedicated runner, having run in the Boston Marathon twice and placing in the top 1,000 of finishers this year!

Today, we are pleased to spotlight Missy Harman, Accountant II, who works at the Billing & Finance Office on Crim Avenue in Belington. 🎉

"She is one of the most selfless people I know. She always goes above and beyond, and she cares deeply for the organization, her co-workers, and the community we serve.

Accounting is no easy feat, but she makes it look easy! The work she does ensures our bills are paid, our staff receive their paychecks, and all the necessary reporting is done. She keeps everything running smoothly!

When Jeff Rogers was still with us, he thought fondly of Missy and helped mentor her and help her grow in the position she excels in. He would be so proud of her!"

After nearly 15 years of dedicated service, we celebrate the retirement of Jill Price, our longtime Billing Clerk at the Belington location. 🥳

Jill joined BCHA in August 2011 and has worked in several departments and roles over the years — always bringing her strong billing expertise, steady presence, and commitment to our patients and staff. Her reliability and kindness have made a lasting impact on everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her. 🌟

We are very excited to announce that Mark Harris has been selected as one of the top scoring Providers in Patient Experience from UnitedHealthcare 🥳

The 2025 United Hero Award means providing Excellent Patient Care and for achieving the top scores across the country. 👏

Mark's Patient Experience scores were higher than 93% for getting needed care, higher than 91% for care coordination, and higher than 64% on doctor-patient conversations! He is in an Elite Group in the Country! 🤩
