Why filler alone doesn’t usually fix lines around the mouth:

The mouth ages in two separate layers and most treatments address only one.

1️⃣ Volume goes first
2️⃣ Skin changes second

This case combined fat grafting to restore volume and structure with CO2 laser to treat the skin. Either treatment alone would not have produced this result.
