This week, keep it simple. ☀️
May we move through this full month of spring with the mindset of giving ourselves what we need, so that we may thrive throughout a season of transition. This week, our themes are simple yet powerful:
I Am Here
I Am Breathing
I Am Doing Enough
A clear reminder that, no matter where we are or what we’re doing, we can be with ourselves in the moment. We can remember our purpose behind the movements, big and small. We can find the present, by engaging our senses and reminding ourselves of who we’ve also been. We can take three deep breaths, and tell ourselves that everything will work out. The power of pranayama shows us that calming the mind does not have to stop at the mat; we are capable of taking this practice with us wherever we go, and throughout our lives.
Perhaps most importantly, we can remind ourselves, again and again, that we are doing enough. That our best is enough. That some days will be smooth, others rough; thoughts may be shallow one moment, and deep the next. Our interactions may give us strength, or pull us away from ourselves. If, at the end of the day, we can move from a place of authenticity and a desire to cultivate harmony, then we will feel at peace. We will understand, at our core, that we are always more than enough.
