Since we moved to our new location, Chase has (regrettably) had much fewer interactions with wildlife. Luckily, this little froggy feller stopped by to visit last week.

THERAPY REMINDER:

KEEP MOVING!! We know the weather is cold and venturing out may not be an option, but we can still keep those muscles and joints moving inside! Stillness = Stiffness. Walk in the house, do another round of your home exercises, or even bake cookies (we will taste test if needed)!

All in all we appreciate each and every patient, from those who weathered the madness to those safely at home, we hope that you are all staying warm, having fun and continuing to move!
