Tonight, we’re spotlighting Sarah Mann, a Certified Pharmacy Technician who brings so much heart, drive, and dedication to our West Side family!

Nearing her 4-year anniversary with us, Sarah is someone who never stops growing.

She’s passionate about learning new skills that directly benefit our patients. From tackling complex prior authorizations to becoming certified in vaccinations (and working hard to bring expanded point-of-care testing to both South Street and Military Road!).

For Sarah, the best part of the job comes down to connections: building real relationships with the community and lifting up her team every single day.

Tonight, we’re highlighting another familiar, smiling face at our Military Road location - Lisa Carlon!

Lisa is a self-proclaimed people-person, and if you've ever crossed paths with her at the counter, you know it's true.

Celebrating her 3-year anniversary with West Side this August, Lisa brings a high-energy, "do-whatever-it-takes" attitude to work every single day.

For her, the job is simple: stay productive, lift up her team, and go the extra mile for the people who walk through our doors.

Lisa was a beloved staple at our South Street location, and while it was bittersweet to leave her close-knit crew there, she has brought that exact same warmth and dedication to helping our community grow at Military Road.

For nearly 10 years, we’ve had one goal in mind: to care for our patients and our community at the highest level possible.

Are we perfect? No.

But we genuinely love the people we serve, and caring for our community through pharmacy has always been our mission.

Today marks another chapter in that journey.

We did not set out to acquire Allcare Pharmacy. We were approached during this process, and when it became clear that patients needed continued access to their medications and a pharmacy they could depend on, we stepped forward.

Our goal is simple: to make sure every Allcare patient has a place to call home and continues receiving the care they deserve.

We know there are a lot of questions. While we can’t answer every one today, here are the most important:

1. Will I lose any of my prescriptions?
No. All active prescriptions, including those on hold or with remaining refills at Allcare Pharmacy, have been transferred into West Side Pharmacy South Street’s system.

2. Does West Side Pharmacy South Street accept my insurance?
Yes. We accept all of the same insurance plans Allcare accepted, including Humana, and we also accept additional plans such as TRICARE.

3. Where is West Side Pharmacy South Street?
We’re just 0.3 miles away at 620 W. South Street in Benton, only about four football fields up the road.

4. When should I call or stop by?
Whenever you or a loved one needs a prescription filled, we’re here to help.

5. What do I need to tell my doctor?
At your next appointment, or through your MyChart portal, simply ask your provider to update your preferred pharmacy to West Side Pharmacy South Street.
