It looks like it’ll be chilly (& a little wet because of today’s rain) tomorrow morning, please bring a sweatshirt and a blanket (& a yoga mat if you have one) for when we are in savasana (resting pose) at the end of the yoga session. Hope to see ya in the morning!

Happy Monday, the practice is now open again post-maternity leave & back in full force! A couple things you may have missed while I was recovering & spending precious time with our new baby:

*Twilight's Holistic Healing has now been supporting the community for 2-years, thank you for our awesome community for entrusting me in supporting you and your children's therapeutic needs!

*Twilight’s is hiring a part-time therapist to help fulfill the communities needs, if you know of anyone who is looking for a clinical position where hours and scheduling are flexible, please send them my way.

*Yoga and Hiking is this next Sunday from 9a-12p here at the farm, I would love to have you join me for reconnecting and grounding with Mother Nature (check out the event page for more details).

*A regular schedule will be coming soon for weekly yoga sessions offered locally (both chair yoga & hatha-vinyasa flow yoga), I will share more as details get all smoothed out, stay tuned!

*Equine Therapy is right around the corner for the practice to offer for you all to enjoy the integrate animal counseling experience to further your unique healing process.
