Thursday night group is for anyone affected by substance use disorder, whether personally or by someone that you love.
Tonight's topic is Accountability. We will explore the difference between blame and accountability.
"What actually happened?"
"What part was mine?"
"Is there something I need to make right?"
Taking accountability does not mean taking responsibility for things that weren't yours.

Join us at 6pm. 106 Sand Mine Road.

It's officially September, which means we can start planning spooky season events!!!!
Please plan to join us with your trunk🤣🤭
Seriously, Paw Paw doesn't get trunk or treats like Berkeley Springs does, we want to FILL THE PARKING LOT this year! Heck, we would like to run out of room and have to ask the Fire Dept across the street if we can park some cars over there!
If you cant make it, but would like to donate candy or fun stuff to hand out, reach out as well!

Every person lost to overdose was someone’s someone—a cherished child, parent, sibling, partner, or friend whose life held deep value. International Overdose Awareness Day reminds us that behind every statistic is a human story and a family shattered by a preventable tragedy. By replacing judgment with empathy, we honor their memory, support those left behind, and fight to ensure that no more "someones" are lost to addiction.

Some addicts tell their story with their lives, and some tell their story with their death. Both are vitally important to long term recovery.

I’m grateful every single day that I got another chance. Not everyone did. I carry the names, the faces, and the people we’ve lost with me.

Addiction is deadly. Recovery is real. And every life is worth fighting for. 💜
