A global effort to raise awareness about climate change’s impact on community soccer fields set a new Guinness World Record on Saturday, according to event organizers, with 511 people successfully juggling soccer balls simultaneously for 10 seconds across 43 cities worldwide.

Bethany Children’s Health Center in Bethany participated in the event as the only hospital host site worldwide and the only official host location in Oklahoma.

The world-record-breaking effort was inspired by Osten “Oz” Utley, a Stillwater soccer player and patient at Bethany Children’s Health Center.

Oklahoma Youth ParaSports is headed to Edmond on June 12-13 for the Endeavor Games, our final meet before several athletes travel to Michigan for the Move United Junior Nationals this summer!

After months of training, our athletes are ready to compete, and we would love to see the community come out and cheer them on.

After a short stay in our Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit following leg surgery, Sophia is heading home! 🎉

We are so proud of the hard work she put into her recovery and the progress she made toward her goals. Whether she was building strength during therapy sessions or showing off her dance moves in music therapy, Sophia brought determination + s***k to every day. 🤩

We can't wait to see what she accomplishes next!

Meet our 2026 Nurse Externs! 🩺🩷

Launched in 2021, this nine-week paid program gives Nurse Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses in Registered Nurse programs, and senior nursing students the chance to gain hands-on experience by shadowing a variety of roles here.

This summer, we're welcoming 17 students into the program. Each year, about half of our externs join us as full-time employees!
