We kicked off CNA Week with a hot dog bar luncheon to celebrate our incredible CNAs! 🌭

Our CNAs enjoyed a delicious lunch and time together as we recognized the compassion, dedication, and hard work they bring to our residents every day. Their commitment to providing exceptional care makes a difference in countless lives, and we are grateful for all they do.

Compassion in Action at National Health Care Associates

Compassion is one of National Health Care Associates’ four core values, and it’s at the heart of every interaction, every decision, and every act of care.

Compassion means seeing the person beyond their medical needs - taking time to listen, offering comfort in difficult moments, and honoring the connections that matter most.

This quarter, our centers are especially focused on compassion and the many ways it shows up in everyday care.

In this video, we share Albert’s story. With the support of his care team, Albert was able to safely visit his wife, Carol, creating a meaningful moment filled with comfort, joy, and connection.

Stories like this remind us that compassionate care goes far beyond clinical excellence. It preserves dignity, strengthens relationships, and supports emotional well-being in powerful ways.
