Overcast conditions with a light breeze made for great parkrunning weather on The Eastern Trail this morning. for our 177th event. Thank you to our 41 participants, 10 volunteers and additional spectators for being a part of another great morning.
Congratulations to Stephen who unknowingly reached the 50 event milestone today!!! Well done!!
Congratulations also to those that set new personal best times today - Mike, Dave, Lisa, Laurie, Charlotte and Jeff- keep up the great work!!!
We were happy to welcome first time parkrunners Dan, Andrea and Camden this morning. We hope you enjoyed your first parkrun experience and will join us again as soon as you are able to.
Our event wouldn't exist and could not proceed every Saturday without our incredible volunteers. Thank you to everyone sporting a hi-viz vest this morning - you are so appreciated!!! If you're reading this and thinking of volunteering in the weeks ahead we can guarantee the hi-viz will look good on you too!

Glorious late summer conditions, including a light breeze, made event #176 on The Eastern Trail a delight for our 30 participants and 10 volunteers. In a rare turn of events this morning's field was made up entirely of local and returning participants. We love our regular crew. We also love to welcome new friends. If you've not joined us before perhaps we'll see you next weekend?
Congratulations to everyone that recorded new personal times today- Dave, Lisa, Peter, Ryan, Maripat & Christine - well done!!!!
Thank you to our awesome volunteers! Once again you all rocked it and ensured the success of our event. We appreciate you!!! If you enjoy participating at our event please consider volunteering from time to time so we can spread the load and allow others to participate.
